Season of Thanks: November Updates from OnStation

A Note From Patrick Russo - May Newsletter for OnStation

November has been a busy and exciting month at OnStation. We’re kicking off new projects, continuing to build alongside our customers, and pushing forward on product updates that are designed to make your day-to-day work simpler and more efficient. There’s a lot happening, and I’m proud of the momentum we’re carrying into the end of the year.

We’ve also recently held our OnStation Nation virtual event, where we walk through what’s new, what’s coming, and how we’re thinking about the road ahead. If you haven’t had a chance to watch yet, I’d encourage you to check it out here. It’s a great way to stay connected to what we’re building and why.

With the holidays approaching, it’s also a good moment to pause. This season is a reminder to spread a little extra kindness on your jobsites, with your teams, and with the people around you. Small gestures go a long way.

As always, thank you for being part of OnStation. We’re grateful for the trust you place in us, and we’re looking forward to finishing the year strong together.

— PJR

OnStation adds hundreds of new projects to our nationwide project database every month, ensuring crews across the country are ready to hit the ground running. Our streamlined setup process makes it easy to get your project digitally stationed before the season ramps up. Simply send us your plan sheets and alignment files, and our team will handle the rest—turning them into a fully interactive, location-based workspace. Whether you're prepping for a major build or a smaller linear job, we’ll help you get started fast so your team can stay aligned from day one.

Giving Back This Holiday Season ❄️

This season, one of our customer success representatives John Williford and the OnStation team helped lead a meaningful effort to give back to our community by donating nearly 30 winter coats to children in need. As temperatures drop, these coats will help keep kids warm, safe, and cared for throughout the winter months.

The holidays are a reminder that the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest impact. Whether it’s lending a hand, giving what you can, or simply showing up for someone else, moments like these reflect the spirit of the season we believe in at OnStation.

As you move through the holidays, hug your loved ones a little tighter, take a moment to be grateful, and (when you’re able to) give back in ways that matter to you. ❤️

Hitting the Road: OnStation is Coming to a Jobsite Near You 🚗

At OnStation, we know the best insights come from the field. That’s why our team is heading out and visiting job sites across the country to connect with you where the real work happens.

These trips aren’t just for quick check-ins or product walk-throughs; they’re about building genuine connections, listening to your challenges, and staying aligned with the everyday realities of your projects. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just getting started, we’re excited to stop by, talk tools, and make sure you’re getting the most out of OnStation.

Looking forward to seeing you out there! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️
