August Newsletter | Turning Over a New Leaf 🍂

A Note From Patrick Russo - May Newsletter for OnStation

Summer may be over, but we’re keeping things rolling here at OnStation.

We’re kicking off the month with our webinar alongside CEI DBE Supportive Services, pairing CEI’s support tools with OnStation’s location features to help boost efficiency and accuracy in the field. Don’t miss your chance to register here.

Coming soon: OnStation Nation returns to Cleveland for 2025. This invite-only event is where inspectors, engineers, project leaders, and customers come together to share real solutions and directly shape the future of OnStation. Think you should be in the room? Only a few spots remain. Let us know if you want one here.

New projects are launching, and our team continues to grow to meet the needs of our users. Thanks to your ongoing feedback, our You Ask, We Answer page is expanding with even more content driven by your real questions.

We’re excited for what’s ahead because while the seasons change, our focus stays the same: building something that make your job easier, every single day.

OnStation + CEI Webinar

When strategic DBE support meets field-ready technology, subcontractors thrive. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) already navigate enough hurdles with tracking down information, paperwork, or payments shouldn't be one of them.

In this 30-minute session, CEI’s post-certification support combines with OnStation’s location-based app to streamline your workflow, boost efficiency, and help you deliver with confidence in the field.

OnStation at MAASTO

The recent MAASTO conference in Minneapolis highlighted key themes of Safety, Stewardship, and Sustainability. Ahead of the event, we connected with customers in Minnesota to gather feedback on how OnStation supports their projects—insights we were able to bring into conversations with public sector partners.

One of the standout moments for us came from Greg Johnson, who is leading the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program. When asked how he sustains momentum while managing 10 public stakeholders plus USDOT, he shared a powerful reminder: “Politics change, but the need for good infrastructure does not.”

From DOT safety initiatives to innovation in stewardship and large-scale sustainability efforts, the sessions reinforced the importance of collaboration to keep transportation moving forward. We’re already looking forward to Cincinnati next year with Ohio DOT!

OnStation Nation 25’

This isn’t your buttoned-up, polite-clap kind of event. OnStation Nation brings together boots-on-the-ground teams, inspectors, engineers, project leaders, customers, and innovative thinkers to share genuine stories, real solutions, and lessons from the field.

Here’s why it matters: your voice will help shape the future of OnStation. We’re taking your feedback, challenges, and wishlist directly into our product roadmap for the year ahead. There’s no fluff, no filler, just practical sessions, straight talk, and honest collaboration.

Attendance is invite-only.
