OnStation + TransTech Systems Integration

TransTech Systems is a leading provider of non-nuclear asphalt density testing equipment, used across the U.S. for fast, accurate compaction measurements in the field.

Integration Overview

Manual data entry slows down inspections and increases the risk of errors. With the TransTech PQI 380 and PQI 380+ integration, technicians can either scan a QR code or upload data via USB to instantly transfer compaction measurements into OnStation. This flexible workflow eliminates handwritten logs, reduces transcription errors, and gives CEI teams real-time access to field data—streamlining reporting, improving accuracy, and enabling faster, more informed decisions.

🔥Popular Integration

✔ Trusted by inspectors in the field Used on projects to streamline how density data is captured and verified.

✔ Improves accountability
Automatically links TransTech readings to exact station locations in OnStation, reducing paperwork and disputes.

✔ Improves safety and reduces burnout
Minimizes roadside time and streamlines repetitive tasks to reduce risk, fatigue, and field exposure.

Instant Data Capture
Technicians can upload readings from both PQI 380 and PQI 380+ density gauges. The 380+ enables instant uploads via QR code, while the 380 allows USB transfer to TransTech Connect for streamlined processing.
Reduces burnout and supports mental health by cutting down time spent in the field and simplifying repetitive tasks.
Real-Time Visibility
Density data becomes immediately available in the OnStation portal, providing CEIs and field teams with real-time insights that support timely and informed project decisions.
Both TransTech and OnStation are trusted nationwide, used on DOT and contractor jobs across the U.S.
Seamless Integration with OnStation
Field measurements sync automatically with OnStation, eliminating duplicate entry and ensuring your documentation, stationing, and density data are all in one place.
Quick setup with no developer help needed—most users are up and running in under 10 minutes with support available if needed.
Enhanced Collaboration
Project teams, inspectors, and contractors can access the same data in real time, improving communication and reducing friction between field and office.
The tools are easy to use, and both OnStation and TransTech welcome feedback to make improvements that benefit your workflow.
Improved Accuracy & Compliance
Minimize the risk of transcription errors with digital uploads. Ensure your project data is reliable, audit-ready, and aligned with DOT quality standards.
