About the day
Plans show what should get built.
Only the field knows what actually did.
Every job ends with the same question: what went in the ground, and can you prove it? That is the whole afternoon. How crews document work while it is happening, and whether that documentation still stands up at closeout, in a dispute, or two years later when somebody asks.
Where your as-builts actually live
Usually a marked up plan sheet in somebody's truck. We will show how crews record changes as they happen instead.
Proof that holds up at closeout
Station, photo, timestamp, and who was there. That is what settles a quantity or a change order months later.
Field data that makes it back
Plans go out to the job every day and very little comes back. We will show what it takes to close that loop.

Aubrey Hadney
Support Manager · OnStation
Aubrey Hadney is Support Manager at OnStation, leading onboarding and day-to-day support for the crews using the app. Aubrey hears directly from users about what holds up on a jobsite and what does not, and turns that feedback into fixes and training.
